Intern - Clinical Services Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - We are seeking a new team member to serve as an Intern in the Clinical Services team at a Fast Growing Dynamic Healthcare IT Startup! You will be responsible to support the clinical team in the development of clinical protocols, literature review and research, application of research, accreditation and regulatory review and compliance. Gain invaluable experience in the start-up healthcare technology world working with groundbreaking systems and processes. Responsibilities:
Assist with development and adaptation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure application and process safety.
Assist with development of clinical pathway requirements and workflow adaptation for client use
Data processing and analysis including the review of clinical activities and outcomes
Utilize literature review and research tools to identify evidence based standards of care to incorporate into Sensely product, procedures, and processes.
Assist with clinical accreditation and regulatory activities.
Specific duties and requirements may change as determined by the supervisor to ensure the overall success of the systems and satisfaction of the clients and patients served.
Qualifications:
Clinical knowledge and work experience (preferred)
Self-motivated and ability to work as part of the team
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Proven proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and video conference platforms
Ability to learn and operate Sensely programs and software
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
