Senior Collector / Collector Job Opening in Knoxville, Tennessee - Job responsibilities:
1) Talk to consumers regarding unpaid medical bills
2) Negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements
3) Accurately record notes on accounts
4) Comply with the FDCPA and other applicable laws
5) Meet reasonable goals and follow procedures for working accounts
6) Present payment solutions, type quickly, and listen simultaneously
Required work experience:
Minimum of one year recent experience collecting is required. Additional experience in skip tracing, litigation, and healthcare collections is preferred. Top performers and PCS certificate holders may be eligible for higher hourly rates.
Senior Collector positions available for individuals with a history of high collection performance.
Part-time and flex scheduling available for top performers.
Education required:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
