The position of Customer Service Representative will be in constant contact with our customers, providing the highest levels of support and answering a wide variety of requests. Responsibilities:
Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility
Help customers get the parts they need
Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts
Meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction
Provide quotes
Take orders
Provide post order service
Physically measure specs on a wide variety of parts
QUALIFICATIONS
:
- At least High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior industrial sales experience preferred, but not required
- Prior work experience with industrial products preferred, but not required
- Valid driver?s license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
:
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sales aptitude
- Mechanically inclined
- Product knowledge including bearings and industrial parts preferred, training will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willing to invest time to learn the industry
- Team player
