Assistant Community Manager Job Opening in North Myrtle Beach, South carolina - HOA management firm looking for an Assistant HOA Manager to assist in the management a large single family community. Prior HOA or property management experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multi-task
Must be detail oriented
Ability to learn on the job
Some general knowledge
Responsibilities:
Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
Provide administrative support
Assist with communication with community boards of directors
Schedule and prepare for regular board meetings
Maintain communication with homeowners
Respond to homeowner needs
Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors
Contribute to monthly management reports
Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects
Attend regular meetings with the management firm
Position is full time with benefits.
