Nurse Practitioner Part-time Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Part-time 1099 Independent Contractor
Ketamine Infusion Clinic now accepting resumes for outpatient nurse practitioner for a part-time position, 1-3 shifts a week (6-12 hours total). Additional hours will become available as the practice grows. No call. Schedule can be very flexible according to your needs. Best fit would be available to work a minimum of 2 blocks (2-4 hours) any morning/afternoon Monday-Fridays and one block (2-4hours) on Saturday or Sunday. Our regular office hours are by appointment only.
Our practice prides itself on excellent patient care and relationships. We are primarily focused on providing Ketamine infusions for treatment resistant depression, PTSD and chronic pain.
Job functions include:
Work independently in a constantly adapting start-up environment with guidance from the owner, a CRNA
Provide outpatient chronic pain and mental health exams. Procedures include peripheral IV placement, Ketamine infusions, sphenopalantine ganglion blocks, testosterone pellet placement, botox injections for interested/trained providers.
Teaching of patients and staff as needed
Reviewing test results and working with staff to communicate to patients
Requirements include:
Certified Nurse Practitioner License from NM Board of Nursing and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, active DEA license, active NM controlled substance license
1-3 years of primary care with emphasis on mental health and or pain management.
Ability to work autonomously with appropriate collaboration with our CRNA
Positive, cheerful attitude
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Professional demeanor and dress
Experience with computers including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), google docs, and Adobe PDF documents
BLS required, ACLS preferred
Malpractice Policy is required
Preference to bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates
