Kennel Attendant Job Opening in seattle, Washington - Kennel Attendant VCA Redmond Animal Hospital is seeking a FT kennel attendant, for approximetely 35 hours per week. Ideal candidate will have animal handling experience, a calm demeanor, be a self starter, have the ability to follow specific directions and have a strong love for animals and people alike. Other qualifications are ability to work efficiently and be able to multitask under pressure; have a strong desire to clean and be flexible with schedule. Some primary responsibilities for kennel attendants are caring for all of the boarded and daycaring animals but also a large portion is cleaning; cleaning cages, laundry, among a long list of janitorial duties. If cleaning is not a strength, this job is not for you! Current job opening consists of 3 weekday closing shifts and 1 weekend closing shift. Shifts may vary upon the needs of the hospital.
