Job Title: Enterprise and Solution Architect

Job Summary: The Enterprise and Solution Architect is responsible for developing and maintaining current and future state of Kimray?s technology architecture and digital blueprints.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain current and future state business architecture, including visualizing hardware, database, software, and applications.
Oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures.
Develop and maintain current and planned architectural blueprints.
Develop architectural metrics and reports for the executive team, business and IT management.
Create a plan to integrate business systems and workflows in support of business strategy.
Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise data and metadata structures.
Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Supervises work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Is responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Plans organizational structure and job content.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of broad range of technologies and technology infrastructure, with mastery in at least one specialty such as software development, networking, security, data, mobility, etc.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree required; Master's degree preferred.
6-10 years? related experience and/or training
