DME Billing Specialist Job Opening in Mason, Ohio - Seeking a customer service oriented applicant who is motivated and self directed. Experience in the Healthcare DME field is preferred. Candidate will assist in Accounts Receivable activities, Billing and Collections. This includes internal account billing as well as insurance. The ability to communicate with patients is of paramount importance. For insurance billing this will include verification of eligibility and insurance status for patients, communication with patients, providers and insurance plans. Billing of claims to appropriate insurance providers and the necessary follow up to insure timely payment. The ability to identify and correct any billing or coding errors. Maintain a professional and confidential demeanor in accordance with all HIPAA regulations. Other duties as assigned to support our active retail Pharmacy and DME business.
