Job Skills/Requirements: The Housing Specialist will inspect housing units to meet HQS, which ensure the safety and sanitation of rental units. This position will also provide housing support for the day-to-day operations of the Pathways Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. Education Requirement: Bachelors in mental health, psychology, rehabilitation, or social work. Other: Valid Ohio Drivers License; knowledge and experience in Windows-based computer applications; ability to pass the Housing Quality Standards (HQS) exam.
