Experienced Facilities Manager Job Opening in austin, Texas - Experienced Facilities Manager Downtown Austin Performing Arts Center is seeking a capable and highly-motivated Facilities Manager. This position is responsible for making sure the two theatres and administrative offices are clean and functional. This person should have solid maintenance and repair skills and should be generally knowledgeable about systems such as plumbing, electrical, A/C & heating, etc. Additionally he/she should be able to provide active supervision and direction to a small custodial staff. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who is able to lead and work as a team. Additional requirements: ? Minimum of 7 years related experience essential; ? Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; ? Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver?s license; ? Must provide documentation showing the legal right to work in the United States; ? Must be able-bodied and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; Salary and benefits.
