Project Accountant is responsible for administering and managing multi-site deployment projects, supporting operations from beginning to end.
Requirements
Individual must be extremely organized and self-motivated with a minimum of 3 years experience. Strong understanding of cost accounting, Excel, Word and MS Outlook.
Education
Industry related college degree such as project management or accounting preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Time-sheet approvals
Accounts Payable approvals
Opening and administering new jobs and budgets
Maintain customer and vendor relationships
Maintain relationships with project managers and installation technicians
Invoicing milestones, timelines and collections
Data analysis/trending data
Weekly and monthly project reviews
Maintain invoicing and project trackers

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
