Heartbreaker Manager Training Program Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Heartbreaker Manager Training Program Heartbreaker is looking for three motivated recent college graduates interested in a three month long training program, which covers all areas of Retail Management and Business Operations. 4 Year College Degree Required The trainees will be working extensively one on one with our executive management in the following areas: Learning and applying company policies and procedures Managing your staff Analysis of reports Merchandising Visual Displays Floor Sales Product Knowledge Working with merchandise buyers Warehouse processing Heartbreaker is a locally owned and operated, fast growing retail company.
