Established and successful Leasing Team is seeking a Leasing Assistant to join the team locating and placing tenants for rental homes in the St Paul/Minneapolis Area. You must have an active MN Real Estate License, experience in the field of Real Estate, fleixble schedule and a good sense of humor! Duties will include placing web-based ads, responding to calls and emails, scheduling appts for showings and showing rental properties! Compensation is independant contractor status, commission-based and will vary. Need reliable car, laptop, smartphone with email/web access.
