Currently Buerkle Honda is seeking highly motivated candidates to fill two Express Service Writer positions. An Express Service Writer creates vehicle repair orders for minor maintenance, repairs and services. The Express Writer must be able to describe available options, compute cost and time estimates, and accept payment while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Duties and Responsibilities include: > Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information. > Answering telephones to provide information, schedule appointments and receive vehicle information. > Listening to customer requests and providing clear explanation on the repair order. > Providing accurate cost and time estimates for needed maintenance and repairs. > Providing periodic service project checks and customer updates gaining customer approval for additional work and recommended services. > Handling customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. > Computing charges for purchases and services and receiving and processing cash or credit payments. > Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and co-workers.
