They will will also be providing the community with FREE HOME VALUE REPORTS.
The goal of the position is to generate 5 Nurtures a day. These are people looking to buy or sell real estate within the next 12 months. The focus is to provide value and information to the community.
The compensation for this position is a combination of base salary + bonus for each nurtures + apt booked + Bonuses on deals closed. Target range is 30-60K for the year.
This position has several paths of growth. This position can grow into the Director of Insides Sales and Lead Generation or it leads to a path of outside sales for the team.
