Franchise Sales Consultant Job Opening in Bridgeport, Connecticut - Our client is the premier Master Franchisor for an international organization that is the largest residential real estate franchisor in the world with operations in more than 90 countries and territories worldwide.
General Position Summary:
We seek an Franchise Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record, in real estate or an adjacent field. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to deal directly with Senior level decision makers, have polished and seasoned presentation skills, creative lead-generation abilities, unrelenting voice-to- voice prospecting discipline, impeccable follow-up habits, strict discretion, the character to develop long-lasting relationships and the integrity to do what is right.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Regional Director and Manager of Franchise Sales Operations, determine Franchise Sales strategy and targets to achieve the business plan
Perform persistent prospecting, presenting, lead response and negotiation efforts through execution of purchase and sale agreement, due diligence, closing and post-closing activities
Utilize CRM to capture and manage all sales activity
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree required
Outgoing personality
3-5 years? experience in real estate or adjacent field
Financial modeling skills through Excel
Understanding and experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Ability to manage multiple transactions at one time
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills
Technical savvy including Microsoft Office, Contact Management (Salesforce is a plus), Social Media and Marketing
Please note: This position also includes a commission package.
