Description
Seeking a Software Engineer for a rapidly growing engineering team in San Francisco, CA. A qualified candidate for this position should have some development experience working with Ruby on Rails and java script. Basic understanding of an MVC application is a must with some experience with RESTful APIs.
Accountabilities
Work with product management and other engineers to build consistent and compelling APIs.
Refactor and enhance existing product features.
Capacity to work under tight deadlines.
Focused and solution oriented under pressure.
Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
Required
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
Some experience with Ruby on Rails.
Good understanding of the Ruby language.
Strong with data structure and algorithms.
Some experience with GIT and TDD.
Good understanding of Software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; demonstrates creative problem solving.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
