Lead Optician Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - Advanced Family Eyecare is seeking high engery, people-oriented optician to assist in our busy and growing optometric practice. Job Duties:
Greet and welcome incoming patients
Work with patients to find and dispense fun , stylish, and functional eyewear
Knowledge of vision insurance plans and how it applies to the patient
verifying glasses prescriptions, ordering, and adjusting eyewear
Assist in the office in other areas, as needed
Frame Board Management
Meet with vendors
Handle and keep track of returns, credits, invoices
Qualifications:
Strong people and communication skills
Friendly, bright, strong customer care, and detail-oriented
Must have prior optical experience
