Marketing Assistant Job Opening in Greenville, North carolina - Chiropractic office looking for a part time assistant.
Position will include internal and external marketing duties including but not limited to:
*Communication with marketing companies under supervision of Executive Director for creation, ordering, and delivery of external marketing flyers and advertising
*Lead generation and followup
*Answering phones and scheduling pre-existing and new patients
*Call patients to confirm new patient and other appointments
*Communication with leads
*Presentation of financial agreements
*Account collections
*Website Maintenance
*Maintenance of social media websites
*Handling of personal injury mailers daily
*Send out of new patient letters
*Send out reactivation cards
*Mark charts according to necessary treatment plans
*Fax/mail required forms to other offices, patients, VA, etc.
Must have:
Excellent communication skills
Proficient computer skills (especially in Word and Excel)
Customer Service skills
Ability to follow directions
Organization skills
Experience in handling funds and discussing money with people
Flexible schedule
Drivers License and own dependable transportation
Education: High School Education
At least 3 years in healthcare, marketing, or financing
Associates Degree preferred in health or finance related field
Hours Vary: Monday - Thursday
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $8.00 to $10.00 /hour
