LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 2nd & 3rd Shifts Job Opening in Swannanoa, North carolina - Asheville Health Care Center has an opportunity for a driven, caring and passionate LPN Nurse to join our team.
The LPN Nurse position is a perfect opportunity to take your nursing skills and navigate our customers through their post-acute journey, making sure their stay is a WOW experience.
Positions available on both 2nd and 3rd shifts,every other weekend is required
As a LPN Nurse you will be expected to:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFNC guidelines.
Supervise CNAs, medication administration, wound and treatment care and provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to MFNC nursing policy and procedures.
Write weekly/monthly summaries of patients? status and address problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
Job Requirements for LPN position:
Potential candidate must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Must be proficient with computers and computer software.
Establish and maintain positive relations with customers, families, staff and visitors.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
