Sales Manager - New Homes Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Established, successful, and growing Home Builder has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Manager in its Louisville market. This individual will contribute to the organization's profitability by recruiting, selecting, training and motivating divisional sales force.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Assists Sales Representatives in reaching or exceeding expected levels of sales performance on a consistent basis.
Manages Sales Representatives' marketing plans and traffic generating activities and suggests strategies for improvement.
Provides accurate, appropriate, and timely feedback to individual Sales Representatives regarding their performance and/or coaching reports while providing opportunities for improvement.
Provides continued education, oversight, and training to Sales Representatives. Conducts weekly effective sales training focusing on key areas of the selling process.
Recruits and selects Sales Representatives with strong potential for success, and maintains appropriate staffing levels.
Ensures that communities, models, and market homes serve as excellent sales tools. Sales areas and model locations are fully functional and within quality control standards.
Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications:
Prior new home sales and sales management experience required.
Demonstrated ability to coach both high and low performers in a structured and motivational fashion; comfortable role-playing.
Excellent communication skills - listening, phone, and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving ability.
Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Psychology.
