Description:
Prospect, nurture and build relationships with Employer Groups via telephone, email, social media, mail seminars and expos for the purpose of generating leads and booking appointments for Account Executives and VP of business Development
Effectively generate new group leads for Account Executives and VP of Business Development
Maintain all sales resources and databases to assure they are kept up to date and accurate
Perform and/or coordinate open enrollment sessions
Implement projects as assigned by Business Development Manager
Attend Mandatory Networking Functions and Expo?s as Assigned by VP of Business Development
Requirements:
Two years of recent applicable sales experience
High School Diploma required; Associate degree or higher preferred
Healthcare, human resources, or teaching experience a plus
Strong selling and influencing skills to make a minimum of 50 calls per day and set up client meetings as required
Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively establish positive relationships with employees, customers, providers and team members
Valid driver license and proof of automobile insurance ( for travel on Oahu and neighbor-islands as needed)
Insurance Producer License 431:9A-102, preferred
Pay Rate: $21.16/hour - 24.91/hour
