Position Summary: This position is responsible for oversight of all facility operations including staff management, expense management, patient management and physician interaction. Facility administrator reports to the director of operations. They are to coordinate activities with corporate departments such as but not limited to accounting, billing and marketing. Duties include audit control, efficiency of facility operations, and training of personnel and insure facility operations according guidelines provided by corporate offices.
Our successful candidate will demonstrate commitment to the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Duties will be performed in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer , while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process.
Essential Job Duties:
Management
Supervises Staff Functions: Recruitment, mentorships, performance discipline and annual reviews
Training: clinic flow and coverage, HIPAA, OSHA, and Compliance
Ensures safe care to patients, adhering to policies, procedures, and standards
Facility maintenance and order
Stays up to date and implements Compliance Measures
Systems Management
Weekly and monthly reporting
Create and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives
Radiation Oncologist?s business management
Marketing:
Conduct marketing events
Initiate and maintain relationships with referring physicians and their staffs
Implement new marketing initiatives
Promote practice through web based / social media development
Other duties as assigned within the physical limitations of the job description
Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree
Five plus years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in oncology
Highly customer focused with outstanding communication skills
High degree of computer proficiency
Organized, detail oriented, hard-working & self-motivated with effective time management skills
Must be able to actively engage within the team and be a team leader
Bilingual a plus
