Position Summary:
The front desk staff is an essential part of the HealthFit team. We rely on the front desk to provide an experience that is professional and welcoming, that exceeds the expectations of our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about health and willing to work in a team environment to further the field of healthcare alongside kinesiologists and healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in current gym members and clients
Provide a thorough explanation of the services we provide including appointments, classes, membership, supplements, etc.
Have a positive disposition and outlook, and provide clients with an exceptional experience at the front desk
Have great interpersonal, communication, and written skills and be able to perform tasks necessary to further the vision of HealthFit
Clean the front desk and gym
Take care of administrative tasks while meeting personal and business objectives
Perform duties in a timely manner
Willing to obtain any certifications necessary for the position
Required Skills/Experience:
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in the customer service industry (experience may vary)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience using Mind Body Online
Experience in a front desk position (preferably in a medical or gym setting)

High school or equivalent
