POSITION SUMMARY:
Eaze Bracing is seeking a high energy, dependable, team orientated intake coordinator. The intake coordinator is primarily responsible for funneling and organizing information received by the company including: faxes, emails, phone calls, and messages. A strong sense of urgency and organization is required. Spanish speaking is not necessary but preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
Previous experience in medical industry preferred
Customer-service focused. We start with customer service and work backwards, altering our methods to help our customers achieve their objectives.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Microsoft 365 proficient including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Attention to detail/accuracy
