Business Development Manager Job Opening in Orem, Utah - We are looking for a Business Development Manager that builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in order to achieve financial growth and forge strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Create and build key client relationships
Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
Assist in the development of the proposal process
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts
Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with various parties
Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Initiative - Self-starter
Prospecting ? Have a hunter mentality
Collaboration ? Be able to work successfully with the Sales and Marketing Departments
Networking ? Possess industry networking skills
Organization ? Be able to organize your activities, as well as your thoughts, in order to achieve objectives
Communication proficiency ? Be able to read people and market conditions to achieve business development objectives
Technical capacity with company CRM and MS Office
Closing
Market knowledge
Bachelor?s degree in business management, sales, or related discipline
1-2 years of experience in business development
