Job Description :
We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to join our growing and exciting team. This position is responsible for providing leadership and driving strategy across the company?s sales team. The candidate will be responsible for:
Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas
Projecting sales volume and profit for existing and future products
Maintaining a sales team by recruiting, selecting, and training employees
Building out the company sales policies and procedures
Approving custom training pricing and descriptions
Coordinating with curriculum development team for generating timelines on custom training curriculum
Building partnerships with other major players in the industry
Negotiating and managing contracts for large partnerships
Attending industry conferences
Managing and growing our reseller, affiliate, and referral program
Overseeing our consulting team
Overseeing and building strategies for open enrollment sales and customer service department
Developing a government contracting department
The candidate will be expected to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, aviation and drone conferences, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional networks.
