Summary of Position : -Developing referral source accounts by building and maintaining and Sales are both good descriptions of what you will be doing. Your aren't only selling and you aren't only Marketing. You will learn how to do both with admitting new patients and helping families understand the benefits of hospice care-Involvement in community education and visiting several accounts each week to develop referral channels.
Preferred Qualifications : Not required, but preferred. Bachelor's degree or 1-years experience in health care marketing. Knowledge of hospice care services is not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and reliable transportation are a must.
Responsibilities : In joining our exciting hospice care team, a new marketer would be responsible for developing relationships with nursing facilities, physicians, families, patients, community groups and other health personnel. These relationships are important to building our patient referral system, as well as educating others on the benefits of Sun Tree's exceptional hospice care. Candidates must be dedicated to providing a high-level of customer service oriented relationship building. We're looking for a flexible, team-player with a positive will provide new candidates with all required hospice training and give them the tools necessary to succeed in this industry.
