As a Real Estate/Sales Representative, your role is vital. You will be the first point of contact for all new clients.
You will be assigned your own territory in which you will locate existing (looking to expand) and prospective business owners and inform them with a detailed description of Build A Business, Inc. and all the services we offer.
Be on the constant look out for available store fronts in high traffic areas.
Real Estate/Sales Representatives will visit and offer current convenience store, gourmet deli store and pizza shop owners an opportunity to expand their business by adding one or more locations.
Another aspect of this position is Marketing. Besides handing out marketing materials in your territory, you will get the exciting chance to attend and hold various seminars and promo-events.
This position requires a True Professional , as you will need to be highly knowledgeable about all the services we provide and guide a potential client through the different all-inclusive options/packages. Your main responsibility is to help a (future) client realize his dream of owning a business and gaining financial security and stability.
You need to be well spoken, well presented, exceptional verbal communication and people skills, patient, willing to learn, a quick, creative thinker and a hard worker.

Pay rate $13 an hour or commissions. An average sales representative?s commission can reach over $120k a year.
