We are seeking Full Time & Per Diem Physical Therapists to join our team at the East Providence branch.
Job Summary:
Conducts comprehensive Physical Therapy Evaluations, OASIS assessments for the therapy only cases, and Physical Therapy treatments in the home environment
Develops physical therapy treatment programs tailored to meet the specific needs of patients within their home setting
Provides direct and indirect supervision and mentoring of Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with local and Federal regulations
Regulatory Requirements:
Current valid state Physical Therapy license
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum/program
Proof of automobile insurance
Current CPR certification
Criminal background check
Up to date immunizations (PPD, MMR, TDAP)
Previous home care experience is preferred but not required
Dual licensure is preferred
