Sales Administrator Job Opening in Sioux Falls, South dakota - Role and Responsibilities
The role of Client Services will be focused on customer service, sales administration and managing daily office duties while assisting the Sales and Service Teams.
Follow up with customers for sales information and build relationships
Participate in outbound calling to set up appointments for sales representatives in specific territories
Assist in scheduling Technicians for equipment install, service, moves, and pick-ups
Process necessary paperwork for machine installs, moves, and removals
Distribute leads to sales and keep track of leads
Allocate accessories on all machines on a weekly basis
Complete and process sales orders, order equipment and accessories
Utilize strategic thinking and planning to assist the Sales and Service teams within the office
Proactively take charge of office items that require completion and help out as needed
Provide recommendations to current and new clients regarding services A&B can provide
Use formulas in Excel to complete analysis in Excel
Update used machine lists
Import client information, leads, service calls and analysis into Sherpa, E-automate and remote tech
Preferred Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the preferred skills, but are not limited to the following:
Basic knowledge of scheduling others in comparison to the logistical area
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel Formulas and PowerPoint.
Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism
Personable, customer-centric, honest and trustworthy
Excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking
Out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving skills
Candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all education and professional backgrounds from entry level staff to CIO/CFO/CEOs
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, but are not limited to the following:
Associate's Degree or equivalent education and work experience
Experience in an Office/Call Center style setting
