Admissions and Marketing Coordinator Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Mirabella Seattle is a modern and vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community located in bustling South Lake Union. Our Health Care Center consists of Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Assisted Living.
The Healthcare Admissions and Marketing Coordinator (licensed nurse preferred) position serves as the liaison for Mirabella with referral sources to the Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care. You will determine eligibility for patient admissions, respond to referral sources and complete the necessary steps internally for complete admissions as well as maximize the patient experience by answering questions and concerns. Your healthcare knowledge and contacts are key in this position.
The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of business and marketing plans for the Health Center. You would be responsible for constructing a dynamic, innovative, multi-faceted marketing strategy that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for admissions to the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care
*Determines eligibility for admission
*Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve the Center's business growth objectives.
*Communicates with referral sources, patients, family members, and staff
*Responds to residents' concerns and complaints
*Visits referral sources such as hospitals, LTACs, Adult Family Homes and Assisted Living facilities
*Attends networking and partnership events
Qualifications:
*Two or more years of experience in a health care setting, long term care, geriatrics or medical background
*Licensed Professional Nurse or Registered Nurse experience is preferred
*Requires experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
