Human Resource Coordinator Job Opening in Tacoma, Washington - Looking for a highly engaged and energetic Human Resources professional for a large pediatric medical practice to focus in the following areas:
On-boarding including hiring, training, and support of HR activities for staff, providers, and students.
Establish systems and processes for awareness, education and compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
Work in partnership with operational leadership on human resource issues including staffing, recruitment, training, documentation management, and employee benefits and relations.
Preferred candidates have at least 2 years human resources experience and Bachelor's degree. Healthcare experience a plus.
