Guardianship Care Manager Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Ohana Fiduciary Corp is looking for candidates to fill a guardianship care management position. We provide financial and healthcare management services for clients who require such assistance normally through guardianships, trusts, and power of attorney relationships.
This is a care management position. Job duties include: serving as healthcare coordinator and manager for partially or fully incapacitated individuals, including in-person visits, consultations with medical professionals and facility staff, supervision of medication management, coordination of scheduling and transportation to appointments; managing communications with clients and related parties; tracking activity in time-keeping program, preparing annual court reports on status of client; coordinating services for client; and coordination with financial manager and property manager.
This is a full-time position. Salary range is $40k to $55k depending on experience.

Bachelor's degree desired
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Certified Professional Guardian certification strongly desired but not required. If you are a CPG, Ohana will maintain your certification.
Some experience with guardianships preferred, whether personal or professional
