Regional Director Outpatient Behavioral Healthcare Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Acadia Healthcare is currently seeking a hard working energetic Regional Director for our North West region. The Regional Director position requires professional experience in both Outpatient Treatment and Executive level business skills. The Regional Director must have the ability to work early morning shifts with some holidays and weekends.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
This individual is ultimately responsible for the daily administration and supervision of the assigned regional program clinics. This includes fostering the compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, successful business performance and the direct supervision of the clinic directors and clinic operations staff. Also, serves as a clinic director over one (1) clinic in the region. The Regional Director is responsible for programs in Alaska and Washington State.
Tracks admissions and referral status in referral database and generates reports.
Provides updates to the Resource source and facilities on the status of referrals toward admission.
Serves as a liaison for both the facilities and resource coordinators to relay patient information.

Executive Responsibilities
The Regional Director reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and OTP Division. This position supervises Clinic Directors, Chief Counselor, Directors of Nurses and Medical Director. The Regional Director is responsible for he development, management and implementation of:
Adheres to company standards of conduct as delineated in the CTC Corporate Statement of Ethics.
Achieve regional financial results to meet operations budget.
Complies with Opioid Treatment Program Division operating policies and procedures.
Reviews clinic and Opioid Treatment Division Policies and Procedures Manual(s) on an annual basis making recommendations for revision.
Responsible for implementation and management of Corporate HR system in the clinics supervised.
Provides supervision to clinic department heads and other personnel as needed.
Responsible for public relations and marketing efforts related to clinic operation.
Responsible for overall regional performance and quality outcomes management, including client satisfaction with the clinic and clinic services.
Responsible for physical plant improvements and appearance of the clinics supervised.
Directs clinic directors in organization development and training of clinic staff.
Financial planning and oversight of CTC programs, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L review and utilization
Ensuring that state, federal and CARF standards are followed.

Position Requirements
Bachelor?s Degree from a 4-year college or university or related experience.
Master?s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration is highly preferred.
Must have a diverse and proven record of financial management and a strong background managing budgets, P&L statements, forecasting and a clear understanding of all financial aspects of multi-facility operations
Three to five years successful management experience, including formal supervision of staff, fiscal and growth responsibilities of multiple clinics, practices or operational locations.
Three to five years of full-time professional experience in a recognized addiction treatment program, one of which was at the supervisory or administrative level, preferred.
Previous experience managing, overseeing and developing medical operations in behavioral health, home health, hospice, nursing home or physician practices highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of narcotic agonist treatment, preferred.
Outstanding financial operations experience, understanding, and utilization
Excellent communication skills, team building, and mentoring ability
Great organizational and time management skills
Great judgment and integrity
Travel Requirements
Ability/willingness to travel approximately 35-40%
