The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, a great attitude, and the ability to manage day to day functions of the business office, as well as helping to craft and drive strategic initiatives and decision making at the highest level of the business.
Details: Hourly Position (M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm). Own the Accounting and HR responsibilities, processes, and reporting. Liaison with outside bookkeeper and accountant to ensure daily work demands are met. Drive continuous improvement, lead/coach/manage personnel, deliver metric based results. Guardian of the purse. Able to define workflows, establish expectations, and develop a culture of accountability. A passion for excellence, and a drive to help grow a world class organization.
