Director of Nursing (Resident Care Coordinator) Job Opening in Gulfport, Mississippi - Seashore Highlands, is a part of Methodist Senior Services, which is a faith-based organization that provides affordable housing and other services to meet the physical, social and spiritual needs of older adults. The RN - Director of Nursing ( Assisted Living Coordinator) is responsible for the nursing operations of Seashore Highlands Assisted Living. Reporting to the Executive Director, duties include RN nursing care, family relations, admissions assessments, marketing of assisted living facilities,medication administration, staffing,supervision and scheduling, staff training and compliance with all regulations.
RN- ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be RN with a minimum of 3 years nursing supervision required, preferably in skilled nursing, assisted living or home health.
Excellent communications skills required, marketing experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience hiring, scheduling and supervising staff
Must have a passion for working with elders and a ?servant heart.
