Independent Sales Representative & Accounts Manager Job Opening in Elkhart, Indiana - LED product provider to the Recreational Vehicle (RV) & Manufactured Housing (MH) industry seeks a qualified Independent Sales Representative & Accounts Manager in Indiana.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service existing accounts and establish new accounts.
Demonstrate product knowledge.
Build and maintain trusted, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Visit distributors, RV plants, and MH plants to review available inventory and plan for future needs.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives.
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
Maintain accurate sales records from the time an agreement is signed.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily e-mail reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory sales results.
Stay up-to-date with marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommend and introduce new products, services, and policies by keeping current with competitive industry needs and developments.
Follow company policies and guidelines.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Commissioned based: Expected $70,000.00 plus
Education: BA/BS degree PREFERRED
