The Account Representative is an outside sales position, and is responsible for increasing the sales and profit margins of Winkle Electric Company by calling on and building relationships with an assigned account package, and leveraging available technical resources to assist where appropriate.
Detailed Description
Calls on accounts and solicits incremental market share while maintaining existing ?flow? business.
Resolves customer issues
Identifies all purchasing influences at each account and makes regular, strategic visits to all.
Establishes a consultative type relationship with all customers
Demonstrate new products and articulate the customer benefits of each.
Establish the available market and increase market share at each account.
Make joint calls with Winkle product specialists and supplier representatives.
Provides feedback on market conditions, pricing levels, stock requirements, etc.
Timely input maintain all required information in Winkle Electric CRM package
Job Requirements
Outside sales experience in the electrical industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong closer
Computer literate
