Lead Development Representative (Sales) Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - This position is the entry level position that will support and help grow our already extensive VHCIT, Strategic partner and direct sales program. The Lead Development Representative must have strong oral and written communication skills, as they will be integral in strengthening relationships with our agents and direct customers. The right candidate must demonstrate a capacity to keep abreast of and communicate new technology trends and association needs. Excellent follow up and reporting skills is required along with cold calling. Inside sales and/or customer service experience is a must.
Base + Bonus Plan of up to $7,500k per quarter

Responsibility :
Assist Strategic Account Managers with opportunities (follow up, paperwork etc.)
Work accounts under $2k MRC
Assist with marketing and tradeshows
Act as point of contact for NetWolves?/VHCIT Strategic partners
Develop and maintain relationships with Strategic partners through phone calls and on site meetings. This will include obtaining feedback on issues, concerns and customer satisfaction
Work with the Company?s Quote team to define proposals
Become familiar with the entire VasoTechnology offering
Cold calling existing customers and new prospects (Inside and outside)
Educate and train our partners on NetWolves products and services
Maintain a 30-60-90 day forecast
Meet or exceed sales quota objective
Follow-up with customers and partners in regards their current orders and become involved with the coordination regarding any orders that are falling behind
Provide weekly status report updates to managers
Organizational Placement :
Reports directly to Manager, Sales Central
