DevOps Engineer Job Opening in Minnetonka, Minnesota - Equity Staffing Group is currently assisting our client in hiring a DevOps Engineer for one of our large financial clients in the West Metro. This is a direct hire role with full benefits, PTO, 401k, and many other perks. When brought on your responsibilities will be working with the team to develop technology strategy, mentoring junior engineers, taking on leadership responsibilities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the development practice.
Requirements:
5+ years of software development experience utilizing code deployment
1+ years of DevOps experience
Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Development (CICD) methodologies
Experience in a Windows environment
Bachelor?s Degree
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to help lead teams and influence others in a positive manner * Ability to work independently
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with scripting with PowerShell
Experience leading a team
Experience working in the financial industry
