Sales Representative - Agricultural Job Opening in Fort Wayne, Indiana - Plant Tuff is looking for Sales Representatives to join our team covering territories in the Fort Wayne IN area. The ideal candidates will be responsible for cultivating new customers in their territory, attaining new business and growing sales.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivates new customers and attains new businessMaintains and increases sales with existing customers
Makes regular sales calls on current and potential customers
Attains sales goals
Prioritizes prospects and potential customers to identify the best opportunities for growth
Provides exceptional customer service and assists with problem resolution Performs other projects as assigned by GM
QUALIFICATIONS (Skills, knowledge, experience)
Associates or Bachelor?s Degree
Minimum of three (3) years in sales, knowledge of agriculture industry helpful, but not required
Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) Certification helpfulValid motor vehicle license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sitting, standing, walking and climbing
Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Tolerating noise, temperature and environmental variations
