Store Associates provide and assist with the following:
Merchandising and arranging product for visual presentations
Freight to Sales Floor (regularly lifts 50+ lbs.)
Loss Prevention and Safety Awareness
Keeping the store ready for our guests!
Maximizing Sales while providing excellent Customer Service
Assists in fostering teamwork through effective communication
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required. Must be over 18 years of age.
Mobility to move freely throughout store on a continual basis throughout the workday.
Work schedule varies each week which includes working a retail schedule, nights, weekends and holidays.
Possess and demonstrate effective organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate effective decision-making and problem resolution skills.
Ability to effectively manage moderate to high degrees of stressful situations, including but not limited to:
peak business periods
multiple priorities ? short deadlines
difficult or unpleasant situations
