Blue Thunder Technologies is a premier global distributor of supplies used to manufacture products people need and use every day. Items are supplied to global innovators in electronics, aerospace, medical device manufacturing, as well as other industries. We are currently seeking a self-motivated and hardworking Sales Representative to join our team in Enfield, CT. We offer a generous base salary, aggressive commission, sales bonus/incentives, employer matched 401K program, medical, dental, vacation, sick time & more!
**This is somewhat of an entry-level position**
Job Responsibilities:
Increase sales opportunities by selling Blue Thunder?s products to accounts within a designated territory/industry. This includes developing relationships via cold-calling, networking, and other techniques
Manage an existing territory
Determine customer needs & requirements as well as make recommendations
Ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Represent and develop strong relationships with manufacturers
Work directly with manufacturer representatives in order to develop and continually improve product knowledge.
Provide a track record of sales performance and goal attainment.
Experience, Qualification & Skills:
Excellent communication skills, routinely interacting with customers, prospects, manufacturers and staff.
Ability to carry on business conversations with decision makers.
Ability to work independently and successfully manage time & territory.
Must be able to add value and recognize opportunities, as they present themselves.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor?s Degree preferred
1 - 3 years B2B experience preferred
