Our continued growth and success has created a need for a Test & Inspection Sales Executive in our Hartford, Connecticut office. This individual will be required to report to the office, however the majority of the time will be spent on the road prospecting the Fairfield County region of Connecticut.
This is the perfect position for somebody who has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to build their own book of business; someone who is willing to learn and execute industry proven sales tactics; and/or someone who is self-motivated to work hard and be generously compensated in return.
What you'll be doing:
Leverage Encore's existing customer base of 4,000+ to identify and deliver cross-sales and referals
Consistently complete (and track) a minimum of 200 sales activities per month through calls, meetings, networking events, cross selling to existing customer base, and generating referrals
Attend industry trade shows and networking events
Cold calls are required as part of building a successful customer base
What you'll need to do it:
Sales experience is preferred but not required
The ability to prepare presentations and present in front of a group
The ability to represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with both internal departments and external customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
2 or 4-year degree preferred but not required.
