You meet the following requirements :
BSEE or bachelor?s degree in a related field
10+ years of experience working with automation and industrial control systems
10+ years of project management (strongly preferred)
History of managing $250k-$1M projects
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Control System design and programming (Allen-Bradley & Siemens strongly preferred)
Knowledge of database setup, configuration, stored procedure programming, and other aspects of database control as it relates to industrial applications
Advanced knowledge of HMI and SCADA applications. Must be familiar with Rockwell Software FactoryTalk and Inductive Automation
Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet all deliverables
Ability to read and write specs for projects as well as interpret customer?s scope of work
Exceptional verbal and written communication
What You?ll Be Doing : No two days are alike at Cogito Automation, but some of your responsibilities will include the following:
Organize all aspects of a project lifetime including kickoff, design, software development, testing and commissioning
Help develop project documentation including Theory of Operation, Schematics, User Manuals, Testing Documentation and Programming Documentation
Assist VP of Engineering in organizing and training the Engineering Team
Communicate with customers on status of projects including but not limited to scope, resources, and change management
Control System Drawing & Drawing Review
Oversee and direct field commissioning
