Financial Controller Job Opening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - We are searching for a candidate that will provide leadership, develop policies, direct financial activities to assure accurate reporting of the financial status of our non profit organization. Supervises daily activities, responsible for accounting staff, oversees general ledger, prepares audit/tax schedules and financial reports, acts as a liaison with program staff and external auditors.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:
Bachelor's or equivalent with accounting / finance or appropriate major.
5+ years of non profit accounting experience
5+ years of of supervisory experience
Expert knowledge of governmental and not for profit accounting
Ideal candidates will have an advanced degree (Master's) and CPA are strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
