Job Duties
Manage the sales team, including assisting with the hiring process, training, coaching, and counseling employees, as well as planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance, ensuring our employees have a great place to work
Communicate regularly with employees through weekly group and individual meetings as needed
Perform ride-along performance checks regularly with employees
Teach and coach on our sales system and ensures employees are following it
Ensure our customers have a remarkable sales experience
Job Requirements
2+ years successful experience in a sales or sales management role
Experience training and implementing sales systems and programs
Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
