Membership Sales
Location: North Facility (2622 STANGE RD, STE. 101 AMES, IA)
and South Facility (3600 UNIVERSITY BLVD AMES, IA)
Hours: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, evenings and weekends
Pay: Hourly + commission. Unlimited earning potential.
The part-time membership sales staff contribute to ARFC's success by promoting the ARFC facilities, introducing potential members to our programs and services, providing tours, exploring possible leads and creating traffic, closing sales as a part of on-site visits, and attending sales trainings and meetings as necessary.
Competencies and Requirements:
Strong customer service skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with current and potential members.
Must be in pursuit or has completed associate or bachelor degree.
Must be CPR and First Aid certified. Course provided by ARFC upon employment if needed.
Must have valid driver?s license.
