THE WATERS OF PRINCETON HAS AN OPENING FOR A MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
The Maintenance Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the maintenance department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and established company policies and procedures. Ensure the facility is well-maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
Job Requirements
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent
Must have, as a minimum, one year experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance related position
Must have a valid driver?s license
Must be able to withstand inside and outside environmental conditions, extreme heat, freezing conditions, and a noisy, dirty, dusty, or greasy work environment at times
Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations
Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc
Must be able to handle call outside of normal work hours for maintenance emergencies
Required experience:
Maintenance Director: 1 year
Required license or certification:
Electrical or HVAC
Plumbing certification preferred
